A beautiful day in Peebles, Ohio, and a big step in our hybrid electric journey! ⚡ GE Aerospace kicked off ground testing for NASA’s Hybrid Thermally Efficient Core (HyTEC) Turbofan Engine Power Extraction (PEx) demonstrator —our first ground test of a commercial hybrid electric engine demonstrator. This milestone will deepen our learnings of hybrid system integration, controls, and power extraction from a narrowbody architecture core, helping us deliver more for customers.
