Hi everyone,
Hello,
I am having trouble applying for the Student Developer Pack. When I submit my application, the system denies it with the following message:
I have three specific issues regarding this requirement that I need help with:
Translation: How can I apply with a translation of the document if I am required to use my PC camera directly? I am unable to upload a file or use a virtual camera (like OBS) to submit a prepared image containing the translation.
Double-sided ID: My school ID has two sides. The front displays my name and the school's name, while the expiration date is on the back. How can I capture both sides at once using the live camera feature?
Name Mismatch: My student ID contains my full legal name (including my second name), but my GitHub billing information uses only my first and last name (as I do not use my second name in daily life). Could this discrepancy be causing the rejection?
I have reviewed the requirements multiple times but cannot find a way to resolve these constraints within the current application process.
