Student Application rejcting again and again

Hi everyone,

I Submitted appeal with my College Marksheets, Fee Slips, Admit Card with multiple devices Android, Laptop, iPhone when i am in preview section of images which i need to upload it's seems to quit good after clicking with all those devices image quality get low and they said they can't read it. i did 5 times today and rejected with any of reasons they can't read it or incomplete type what can i do their is only option for click picture what if i need to upload docs. i tried everything but after capturing picture quality went low again and again

Hi @Pavan-Sharma-01,

Unfortunately, the upload option isn't always available and manual reviews aren't provided so you have to submit a live photo using your device's camera.

If the photo is blurry, try again until it looks good as also indicated in the Student Developer Pack Application FAQs:

Your first and last name, complete school name, and a date demonstrating current academic affiliation must appear in your document.
Make sure the image is clear and easy to read; if it looks blurry, please take a new photo. 👈

Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

You can also try submitting the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.
