Description:
When adding reviewers to a pull request or issue, the search only works with GitHub usernames. This is problematic in Enterprise environments where users typically know their colleagues by their real names rather than usernames.

Expected Behavior:

• When typing in the reviewer field, I should be able to search by:
  • Username (current behavior)
  • Display name / Real name
  • Email address (optional)

Search should match any of these fields and display results with both name and username visible

Actual Behavior:

• Only username search is supported
• I must remember or look up colleagues' usernames separately
• This significantly slows down the workflow when adding reviewers
