Synchronization between issues labels and project columns.

I'm managing an organization, but I've run into a problem while trying to automate the management of issues and pull requests.

In my Project, I have two columns (Status and Priority) and, in the Issues/PRs, I have several labels that are directly related to these columns in the Project (e.g. Status:Completed, Status:Available, etc. ; Priority:Low, Priority:High, etc.).
The problem is that when I change the labels, the columns are not updated, and vice versa. The only way I see to automate this would be by creating workflows to do this synchronization, but this would take many minutes that I don't have because I'm on the free plan and I think this should be a default feature, ready to be used.

Therefore, I think adding the ability to associate project columns with labels would be an amazing and helpful feature for a future update of GitHub Projects.
