Project color options have wrong colors

I have noticed that on all of my projects, there are a few colors that appear to have either a wrong name or a wrong color code.
The mentioned color:

• Green - Seems to be blue instead
  
• Orange - Seems to be red instead
  

Note: between blue and green there appears to be a slight difference however red and orange appear the same.

Has this issue been solved? My green color (in labels, for example)
is also showing blue instead of green
